At Hanna Noodle Bar, we celebrate the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese street food with a modern twist.
Hanna Pham, Executive Chef
Chef Hanna Pham is a highly regarded culinary expert based in San Jose, known for her innovative approach to Vietnamese cuisine. Her success began with the opening of her first restaurant, 19 Market, in Downtown San Jose in 2005 where she blended traditional Vietnamese flavors with fresh, local ingredients and gained her a devoted following.
In 2013, she opened Hanna Modern Vietnamese Bistro in Los Gatos, offering a contemporary take on Vietnamese dishes with influences from Singaporean and Chinese cuisine.

Modern Asian Cuisine
Chef Pham's influence continued to grow in the area with the opening of North, an upscale Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Los Gatos in 2019. North gained attention for its refined dining experience and artistic décor, focusing on high-end Vietnamese cuisine. However, in early 2024, Chef Pham decided to shift her focus to a more casual venture.
Enter Hanna Noodle Bar, a restaurant that celebrates her passion for Vietnamese street food in a modern, casual setting. Her dedication to using fresh, local produce in a contemporary approach and her commitment to culinary excellence have earned her widespread acclaim for Hanna Noodle Bar.
